From June 9 to 12, a delegation from Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) — East Africa’s largest power generation company—visited CYG SUNRI for a four-day technical exchange and partnership discussion. The group of seven was led by Mr. Hiwot Eshetu, Executive Officer of Planning at EEP, and included senior and technical leadership. CYG Vice President and CYG SUNRI General Manager Mr. Qiang Wei, along with Deputy General Manager Mr. Ding Xiaosong, held in-depth discussions with the delegation on future collaboration.

This visit aimed to strengthen the strategic cooperation between both sides and provide technical reference for Ethiopia’s grid digitalization efforts.
